No. Not all centres run the same campaigns. However, we might soon offer optional add-ons for those who want campaign-specific emails.

Can you create a customised email campaign for my centre?

We currently don't provide customised email campaigns for Kumon Instructors in the UK. Our current offerings are low-frills, standardised services — the same expertly-written email goes out to all subscribing centres with light personalisation (centre name, instructor name, contact details).

Are the emails GDPR-compliant?

Yes. Also, we do not share or sell contact data. Your contact list stays within your OAS CRM account.

Which platform do you use to send the emails?

We use the OAS CRM to send and manage the campaigns on your behalf.

What happens if I cancel the Early Bird plan and then decide to come back later?

If you subscribe under the £9.99/month Early Bird offer and choose to cancelat a later date, you’ll lose access to the Early Bird offer pricing. If you decide to resubscribe in the future, you’ll need to sign up for one of the current standard rates listed at that time.

Can I switch between plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time with 14 days’ notice. The new plan will be activated at the end of your current billing period after the notice.

Is this really a 'zero-admin' service?

Yes! Once your contact list is correctly uploaded, we handle the systematic email foundation - writing, scheduling, and sending. This keeps families warmed up and engaged between your personal calls and meetings. No ongoing admin is required from you. Your only task is to upload your contact lists when required.

Who is responsible for the contact data that is uploaded?

As the Data Controller, you (the Instructor) are responsible for ensuring that any contact data you provide is accurate, lawfully obtained, and compliant with data protection regulations.

We, Olaolu Adubifa Systems (OAS), act as your Data Processor — meaning we process the data solely on your behalf and under your instructions.

Before you can submit your contact list, you'll be required to: Complete a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) confirming you understand your responsibilities as the Data Controller. You will also be required to confirm your agreement to our DPA and Privacy Policy via a mandatory checkbox on the contact list upload form. This ensures full GDPR compliance before any data is uploaded or processed.

Will my leads be able to unsubscribe from the emails sent?

Yes, they will. It is necessary to include an unsubscribe link in all marketing emails as it is a legal requirement in many countries and helps maintain good email deliverability.

Do you offer any other marketing services?
