As the Data Controller, you (the Instructor) are responsible for ensuring that any contact data you provide is accurate, lawfully obtained, and compliant with data protection regulations.
We, Olaolu Adubifa Systems (OAS), act as your Data Processor — meaning we process the data solely on your behalf and under your instructions.
Before you can submit your contact list, you'll be required to: Complete a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) confirming you understand your responsibilities as the Data Controller. You will also be required to confirm your agreement to our DPA and Privacy Policy via a mandatory checkbox on the contact list upload form. This ensures full GDPR compliance before any data is uploaded or processed.
Will my leads be able to unsubscribe from the emails sent?
Yes, they will. It is necessary to include an unsubscribe link in all marketing emails as it is a legal requirement in many countries and helps maintain good email deliverability.
